Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By installing, accessing, or using HeyOffice! ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms.
2. Description of Service
HeyOffice! is a real-time team chat application that integrates with Pipedrive CRM. The Service allows users within the same Pipedrive account to communicate via chat messages on deals, contacts, and organisations within Pipedrive.
3. Account and Access
Access to the Service requires a valid Pipedrive account. You authenticate through Pipedrive's OAuth system. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your Pipedrive account in connection with the Service. You must not share access credentials or attempt to access another user's account.
4. Free Trial and Subscription
The Service offers a free trial period of 21 days. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the Service. Subscriptions are billed monthly at the current per-user rate for all active users in your Pipedrive account. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
5. Payment and Billing
Payments are processed securely through Stripe. Your seat count is automatically synchronised with the number of active users in your Pipedrive account. By subscribing, you authorise recurring monthly charges to your payment method. Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of all messages and content you send through the Service ("User Content"). You grant us a limited licence to store, process, and transmit User Content solely for the purpose of operating the Service. We do not access, review, or use your messages for any purpose other than delivering the Service.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, or otherwise objectionable content; attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure; reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Service; or use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
8. Data Retention
Message history is retained for the duration of your active subscription. After cancellation, your data is retained for 30 days to allow you to resubscribe without losing your history. After this retention period, data may be permanently deleted.
9. Availability and Support
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. We may perform maintenance that temporarily affects availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned maintenance.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunities.
11. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may stop using the Service and cancel your subscription at any time.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
