How does per-user pricing work?
You're billed for the number of active users in your Pipedrive account. When someone joins or leaves, your seat count updates automatically — no manual adjustments needed.
What happens after the free trial?
After 21 days, you'll be asked to subscribe to continue using HeyOffice!. Your messages and history are preserved. If you subscribe during the trial, your remaining trial days carry over — you won't be charged until the trial ends.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. Cancel with one click from your billing portal. You keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your message history is retained for 30 days in case you change your mind.
Do you offer annual billing?
Not yet. We're keeping things simple with monthly billing for now. No long-term commitment required.
Is there a limit on messages or channels?
No. Send as many messages as you want, across as many deals, contacts, and organisations as you need. There are no usage limits.
Which Pipedrive plans does it work with?
HeyOffice! works with every Pipedrive plan — Essential, Advanced, Professional, Power, and Enterprise.
How do I end my subscription?
Open your Pipedrive settings and go to the HeyOffice! app settings page. Click the Manage subscription button to open the billing portal, where you can cancel your plan. If you've already uninstalled the app and no longer have access to the settings page, you can manage your subscription directly here. After cancellation you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and your data is retained for 30 days.
