How much does HeyOffice! cost?
HeyOffice! costs €1.99 per user per month. "Per user" means every user who has HeyOffice! installed — not your whole Pipedrive account. When a teammate installs it they're added; when they uninstall they're removed, and Stripe prorates the difference automatically, so you always pay for exactly who's using it. See our

How does the free trial work?
Every new account starts with a 3-week (21 day) free trial. No credit card is required. You get full access to all features during the trial. When it ends, you'll be asked to subscribe to keep using HeyOffice!.
What happens when someone joins or leaves my Pipedrive account?
Your seat count updates automatically. When a user installs HeyOffice! they're added to your subscription; when they uninstall it, they're removed. Stripe applies a prorated charge or credit for the time remaining in the current billing period, so you only ever pay for users who actually have it installed.
How do I update my payment method?

Where can I find my invoices?
All invoices are available in the Stripe customer portal. Click
Manage subscription to open it — you'll find a full invoice history with downloadable PDFs.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click
Manage subscription to open the Stripe billing portal. You can cancel with one click. Your team keeps full access until the end of the current billing period — no immediate cutoff.
What happens to my data after I cancel?
Your message history is retained for 30 days after your subscription ends. During that time, you can resubscribe and pick up right where you left off. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
What if my payment fails?
If a payment fails, Stripe will retry automatically over the next few days. Your team keeps full access during a 3-day grace period. If the payment still can't be processed, access is paused until the payment method is updated.
Do you offer refunds?
If you're not satisfied, contact us at
support@heyoffice.com within 14 days of a charge and we'll work it out. We want you to be happy with the service.
