How do I install HeyOffice!?
Go to the Pipedrive Marketplace, find HeyOffice!, and click "Install." That's it. The chat panel will appear in the sidebar of every deal, contact, and organisation in your Pipedrive account.
I installed the app but I don't see the chat panel.
The chat panel appears in the detail view of deals, contacts, and organisations. Open any deal and look for the HeyOffice! panel in the sidebar. If it's not visible, try refreshing the page. Make sure the app is enabled in your Pipedrive Marketplace settings.
How do I enable notifications?
When you first use HeyOffice!, you'll see a prompt to enable notifications. Click "Enable" and allow browser notifications when asked. This ensures you're notified when someone @mentions you. You can also enable notifications from your account settings.
Can I use HeyOffice! on my phone?
HeyOffice! works in any browser, including mobile. Open Pipedrive in your mobile browser and the chat panel will be available. Push notifications work on mobile too, so you'll never miss an @mention.
Who can see my messages?
Only people in your Pipedrive account. All conversations are strictly private to your company. There is no way for users from other companies to see your messages, and we (the HeyOffice! team) do not read your conversations.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Click
Manage subscription to open the Stripe customer portal where you can cancel with one click. You'll keep access until the end of your current billing period.
What happens to my messages if I cancel?
Your message history is retained for 30 days after cancellation. If you resubscribe within that window, everything is still there. After 30 days, data may be permanently deleted.
